The corrosion resistance of zirconium
material in some strong corrosion medium is better than that of stainless steel
and titanium. It is widely used in the manufacture of chemical special material
equipment. In order to ensure its good corrosion resistance, the processing and
manufacturing requirements of the zirconium material equipment are very high.
Zirconium (R60702) is a material with
excellent corrosion resistance for high temperature reducing process medium in
corrosion resistant alloys. In the presence of hydrochloric acid or other
halogen ions, chemical process equipment and high temperature, zirconium may be
the best or the only option. Zirconium is the only alternative corrosion
resistant material under 65% concentration, and the temperature is higher than
100 C.
